Dispensing
We have facilities to dispense acute and repeat prescriptions at our Bishops Tachbrook branch surgery for patients who reside within the Bishops Tachbrook area.
If you would like to pick up medication from this surgery please contact reception and ask to speak to our prescriptions clerk.
Clinical Pharmacists
We have clinical pharmacists who can help patients with medication queries and they can carry out medical reviews to ensure you are on the right medication for your condition.
Child Health Clinics
Many of our GPs can perform routine development assessments on all babies between 6-8 weeks old . Please contact reception to make an appointment.
Diabetic Checks

Minor Surgery
Available by appointment with a GP after an initial assessment. This service is restricted during the COVID pandemic.
Travel Vaccinations
Available by appointment with the nurse. This service is restricted during the COVID pandemic. Please complete this travel vaccination form to help us prioritise appointments.
Social Prescribers
We can put you in touch we our local social prescribers who can help patients with non-medical support, such as local day centres, financial support signposting, charities or community groups to improve your wellbeing and tackle social isolation.
Family Planning
A full range of contraceptive services is available by making an appointment with one of our qualified family planning nurses.
Asthma Nurse Appointment
Assessment and advice for out patients with asthma.
Immunisations for Children
Please make an appointment with one of our practice nurses. If parents have any concerns about their child’s immunisations please discuss them with your Health Visitor or make an appointment to discuss them with the doctor or a nurse at the practice.
Private Work Requests
The NHS does not pay for all of the services we provide, so patients may be required to pay for some of these services in the link below. Some of these services are restricted during the pandemic. Whenever possible please put your request in writing and you can email this to croftadmin.nhs.net. Please see attached list. Our fees are in line with BMA approved national guidelines.

We now have an in-house musculoskeletal team running a weekly clinic helping patients with joint, back or muscle pain.
